Forth Valley GIS is delighted to announce the appointment of John McAlpine as the new independent Chair of the Company.

John is a Qualified Accountant and Fellow of the Institute of Management and brings a wealth of business management and commercial experience to the Company. Between 1980 and 2000 he held several senior management roles with William Collins Sons Ltd, Harper Collins Publishers and Collins Debden Ltd.  John has also held many non-executive and voluntary directorships during his career and currently, he is Chair of Wordie Properties Ltd and a non executive Director of several companies.
