Forth Valley GIS provides GIS services to a number of public sector customers including: -
Scottish Assessors As part of the DNA(S) programme Forth Valley GIS provided training and assistance to the Scottish Assessors to map their current address business processes. The site was beneficial to both the programme management, in terms of understanding generic processes across all Assessors and for the individual Assessors in understanding their own inter-related processes.

Central Scotland Joint Valuation Board
Forth Valley GIS work closely with the Assessors for Central Scotland to provide a wide range of technical and strategic consultancy including:
- Data Management
- Desktop and Web GIS development
- GIS bureau services, support and training
- Definitive National Addressing for Scotland (DNAS) programme consultancy.
- Development work to enable access to their property and council tax information through GIS.

Forth Valley Substance Action Team
Forth Valley GIS has worked closely with the Substance Action Team, providing a range of bureau services to support and deliver GIS analysis on a variety of socio-demographic indicators. We have also developed databases to help service providers collect and submit data to the SAT to a consistent standard with a user-friendly interface.

The Scottish Government (Definitive National Addressing for Scotland - DNAS) Forth Valley GIS has completed a number of work packages for the DNAS sub-programme board. These included:
- A step-by-step guide to gazetteers
- 'As Is' process mapping guidelines for Local Authorities
- 'As Is' process mapping guidelines for Assessors
- Business process improvement guidelines for gazetteer management
Forth Valley GIS is also an active participant in the practitioners group, technical sub-group, people and property working group, data quality sub-group and the head of Forth Valley GIS sits on the sub-programme board.

Deer Commission for Scotland Forth Valley GIS are providing consultancy and web development services to the Deer Commission. We are developing a database-driven extranet site to facilitate the management of their core business information across two offices and to enable more effective home working for staff. The site also helps the Deer Commission meet their E-Government targets by allowing clients to view their details and submit applications online.

Stirling Community Planning Partnership Forth Valley GIS has provided a package of consultancy to the Stirling Community Planning Partnership. Working with the Anti Social Behaviour resolution team, the consultancy has focused on the data and system requirements to support successful information sharing between Community Planning Partners.

Raploch Urban Regeneration Company Forth Valley GIS developed an interactive mapping application for the Raploch Urban Regeneration Company's website. This was available to potential bidders for the development contracts, providing them with more contextual information about the area.
